I had a pretty good stay overall! The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from Times Square and surrounded by great places to eat and drink. The rooms are spacious, but they could use a bit more cleaning. The service was efficient, but not exactly warm and inviting. Considering the price, I felt it offered decent value, but a little more friendliness would have made it better.

The hotel has a fantastic location right by Times Square, which really added to our trip. The rooms were lovely and had everything we needed, but they felt a bit dated, and it would have been nice to have a microwave for takeout.
